A Cloudy Day

Posted by Ming Img (Petaling Jaya, Malaysia) on 10 March 2008 in Landscape & Rural and Portfolio.

Info: This was taken on the way to Cambodia. It was so cool to experience the view again. Especially when the sun was rising up. Also gave nice shadow casts on the clouds... Did it in black & white but reduced the opacity a bit to desaturate. If you look closer you can see water ripples (Or wavefronts.. according to physics)... It made me understand physics more.. Wavefronts in the open ocean are actually spread really wide and the current is actually stronger than the water near the shore.. And to look down upon those little wavefronts made me feel really really small

The next few photos will be from Cambodia..

As usual, I'm open to all comments & criticism. Please feel free to ask me about anything concerning the photographs taken.
