Standing Out

Behind The Photo: This is a Squier California Series Telecaster with added duct tape next to the bridge, along the sides and on the fretboard. The result is indeed, cool. Just a few weak tapings here and there. This photo was taken in my garden. Setup was a small candle holder beneath the guitar to simulate levitation by a small scale. Also to put in more shadows. Post-processing was minor level adjustments and selective sepia.

As it gets closer it makes me uneasy,
I ask none but myself,
Do I feel it?
As it isn't any further,
I'm force to think about the after,
Did I feel that?
Did I regret another action?
In another day?
Another year?
Am I worried about the inevitable?
Or am I just hiding it,
With false laughter?
Can't forever stay in my own box,
For it hinders improvement,
When will I get the courage?
When anxiety and discomfort meet one another,
They form a sticky situation,
Does is let anything out?
Yes, I feel that,
I haven't felt the other one yet,
I'm not quite sure of what I'll regret
I might be hiding it,
I should get out for time is precious,
And should not be wasted.
It does not let anything out that easy,
Once that time is forgone.
