This one's from Singapore! I was on top an overhead bridge when I took this one at night.. Didn't have my tripod with me.. Quite sad actually.. Haha
Edit: Sorry I forgot to mention that I placed it on a pole.. So held it steady at the pole and took this shot

you shud try a longer exposure like 15 seconds with a tripod...

It's worked well without a tripod. Quite abstract!

Actually, this is perfect, with the slight blur and tilt and the slightly saturated colors. Nice shot!
